Work:
Employee at Brookfield Animal Hospital. I help with appointments and in pet boarding. I have pursued this work not only to help my community, but because this is where my academic interests lie.
Walked my neighbor’s dog for roughly 2 months.
Volunteering:
I have volunteered in a variety of Special Olympics events through Unified Brookfield and with DTX.
I have done large amounts of volunteer work with the Brookfield Library, helping out with summer reading programs. This is where I have amassed most of my volunteer hours.
I helped raise $175 through FaceBook to Sea Tutrle, Inc. in Texas, in order to help sea turtles affected by the Houston snow storm in 2021.
I helped raise $116 dollars for the Spanish Honor Society through our Krispy Kreme Fundraiser.
I have been Adult CPR/AED certified since 6/13/21.
